This is more than just a sales role - it is a performance-based career path with uncapped earning potential and long-term growth.As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will work directly with homeowners, generating leads, conducting roof inspections, presenting solutions, and closing projects. This is a hybrid field role with daily in-market activity and in-office training and check-ins as needed. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect homeowners through door-to-door outreach and local networkingConduct roof inspections and assess customer needsPresent roofing solutions, estimates, and warranty optionsGenerate and manage at least 7 self-sourced leads per weekTrack activity, photos, and deals using JobNimbus CRMAttend sales training sessions and team check-insMeet or exceed monthly production goalsQualifications and RequirementsRequired:Ability to commit 40+ hours per weekComfortable with door knocking 25-50+ doors per dayValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong communication and customer-facing skillsEligible to work in the U.S.Preferred:Roofing, construction, or home improvement sales experienceDoor-to-door or in-home sales backgroundInsurance or storm restoration experienceStrong presentation, follow-up, and closing skillsCompensation and BenefitsCompensation Structure:$80,000-$118,000 expected first year (commission-only)$148,000-$250,000+ long-term potentialUncapped commissions paid at 5 percent per deal, based entirely on performanceBenefits and Perks:Flexible, performance-based scheduleOngoing sales and product trainingAdvertising support and earned company leadsCRM, tools, and sales systems providedMilestone incentives and advancement opportunities into leadershipCommission Disclosure: This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only role.
