Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.+ Complete assigned nursing orders as directed by preceptor, including assisting patient with activities of daily living and taking vital signs.+ Observe patient status and responses.+ Document and report observations to preceptor or other appropriate staff.+ Assist preceptor with development of care plan by reporting test results and patient observations.+ Perform other tasks as assigned, including environmental services and preparing/transporting patients for diagnostic services.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:+ High school diploma/GED required.
