You will manage commercial opportunities from inception through to final execution as part of a global team, with a particular focus on the USA market. In this client-facing role, you will originate new business opportunities, manage and strengthen client relationships, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.ResponsibilitiesSourcing prospective clients (companies) and generating deal flowPerforming initial vetting (inc. calls/meetings with C-suite) of prospective clientsLiaising between prospective clients and the investment team to ensure smooth and effective due diligence and executionUpkeeping full notation of the business cycle progress on CRMHandling negotiations with prospective clients, together with the investment management teamQualifications10-15 years experience at a top-tier financial institution: venture capital, private equity, commercial bank, debt/credit providerMinimum 8 years of experience in a client-facing role: sales, origination, relationship managementDemonstrable ability to originate and close transactionsDrive, ambition, and an ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentAt least two years of previous experience as a financial analystExperience in and understanding of the growth-stage tech landscapeExperience in and understanding of deal flow activity in credit/debt funds – an advantagePay Range and Compensation PackageBase Pay Range: $200 - $300 + performance bonuses.
