This position works under the supervision of the Building Supervisor and plays an important role in supporting day-to-day school operations.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular checks of school buildings and grounds to ensure everything is safe and in good working conditionHandle basic repairs and maintenance tasks; report larger issues to the Building Supervisor and assist in coordinating outside vendors when neededHelp enforce safety procedures by checking fire alarms, extinguishers, and assisting with emergency drillsAssist with cleaning tasks, moving furniture or equipment, and setting up for school eventsProvide coverage for staff when needed and assist with student supervision during lunch, recess, or transitionsDrive school vehicles for school-related tasks and events (must have a valid driver’s license)Support major school events like open houses, parent nights, and cultural or academic programsAttend required trainings related to safety and emergency responseMaintain a respectful, professional attitude with students, staff, and visitorsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentBasic knowledge of general maintenance workValid driver’s license with clean driving recordReliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a teamPhysically able to lift, carry, and perform hands-on work indoors and outdoorsSchool or facility experience is a plusIf you believe you’re a good fit for this role, we encourage you to apply and join our school team!
