This is an intentionally broad role — the company wants to find exceptional engineering talent first and scope the role around individual strengths. Depending on your background, you could be working across:Mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering design and developmentHardware development from concept through to manufacture and deliveryCross-functional technical coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and external partnersProgram execution and project management on complex technical programsHands-on troubleshooting, analysis, and problem solving in a fast-paced environmentThere is no rigid job description here by design. If you are a strong engineer who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and wants to own real work from day one — this is worth a conversation.Who They're Looking ForA degree in Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering disciplineExperience in a hardware-focused environment — aerospace, advanced manufacturing, robotics, automotive, industrial technology, or similarSomeone who is equally comfortable as an individual contributor and stepping up to lead when neededHighly organised, proactive, and execution-oriented — you follow throughStrong communicator who can work across engineering, manufacturing, and external stakeholdersAustin-based and excited by a fully on-site, collaborative cultureCompensationCompetitive base salaryDiscretionary performance bonusFull-time, on-site, Austin TXThe ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.ResponsibilitiesAssist with on-site management to ensure project successEnsure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlinesResponsible for RFI and submittal processProcesses owner billings and project related accounting issuesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience1 - 3 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project managerStrong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
