Chief Systems Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Serve as the ultimate technical authority and strategic visionary for the engineering enterprise. Oversee the overarching architecture, technical integrity, and successful integration of defense acquisition programs. Resolve critical engineering disputes across major defense acquisition programs. Provide executive leadership and strategic direction to the engineering workforce. Direct the development and governance of enterprise System-of-Systems (SoS) architectures. Drive the enterprise-wide adoption of advanced engineering practices like Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital engineering.What You'll Need US Citizenship is required. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Commitment to improving the efficiency of the Federal government. Ability to travel for work.
