Job Title: UX StrategistLocation: Hybrid – Pennsylvania, USADuration: 6-Month ContractAbout the RoleOur client, a leading organization in the financial services domain, is seeking a UX Strategist to lead and drive user experience strategy for large-scale digital initiatives. This role will focus on shaping intuitive, user-centered experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead program-level UX strategy across complex digital products and platformsDefine and solve complex user and business problems using research, data, and design thinking methodologiesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to communicate design solutions effectivelyPartner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on vision and executionDeliver intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences that meet both user and business goalsGuide and oversee day-to-day UX deliverables, ensuring high-quality executionConduct and leverage qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisionsAnalyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the experiencePresent and advocate for UX strategies and design solutions to senior leadershipEnsure alignment with modern technologies, platforms, and accessibility standardsRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or UX strategyProven experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level digital initiativesStrong expertise in:User-centered design (UCD) principlesInformation architecture and interaction designWireframing and prototypingExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environmentsStrong ability to translate research and data into actionable insightsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial services or regulated industriesFamiliarity with design systems and enterprise UX governanceHands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, ConfluenceKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)Exposure to emerging technologies (AI, data visualization, etc.)
