Full Stack Software Engineer - Construction Tech / JavaScript / Typescript

We're partnered with a fast-growing construction technology company building mission-critical software for commercial contractors. Their platform powers field operations, project management, inventory, and financial workflows across large-scale construction businesses. As they continue to scale, they're hiring a number of Full Stack Software Engineers to build new product modules from the ground up and deliver impactful features used daily in the field. This role suits engineers who enjoy ownership, fast iteration, and working in a high-growth startup environment. This is a full time, permeant role working on a hybrid model (3 days per week onsite) in Los Angeles. Please note - you must have the full right to work in the USA to be considered for this role. This role is not available on C2C. What you'll be doing: Work in small, high-impact squads across core product areas Build new modules from scratch such as time-tracking tools for field technicians Develop inventory and purchasing features tailored to contractors Contribute to project workflows used by subcontractors on live construction sites Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to solve complex challenges What they're looking for: 1–5 years experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a high-growth startup Experience building products or major features from zero to launch Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code Strong product mindset with the ability to influence direction Founding engineer or early-stage startup experience is a plus Degree in Computer Science or similar Package $180k -220k USD base + equity Hybrid working, 3 days onsite in Los Angeles In accordance with local employment laws, applicants must have current, valid authorisation to work in the USA at the time of application.
