Billing Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Billing Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $33.00 to $34.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Process and analyze utility data to generate accurate and timely client invoices.Prepare and deliver billing statements through digital platforms or traditional mail services.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and meet reporting deadlines.Communicate with clients and utility providers to resolve billing discrepancies and clarify account details.Monitor client usage patterns and identify anomalies or trends through data analysis.Requirements:At least 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a focus on service delivery.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and file comparisons.Familiarity with business systems such as SQL, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Access.Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret and process complex data sets.Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal interactions with clients and colleagues.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment with a focus on shared goals.Capable of producing ad hoc reports and supporting analysis as needed.REF #51247#ZR
