Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesOverall responsibilities and duties:The Assistant Plant Controller is involved in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimise the plant's financial performance and competitiveness.The main missions of the role are:Ensure compliance to all financial proceduresDevelop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with company procedures and policiesEnsure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings...) and internal control basicsProvide reliable financial / controlling informationsParticipate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecastCollect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay complianceUpdate informations into the ERP SystemEnsure reliability of standard costingContribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control ...Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance informationContribute to the control and management of the plant's operating cashflow (capex, inventories,overdues)Your profile and competencies to succeedQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have/be:Minimum education level: Business School with a Finance degree or Bachelor's degree in FinanceExperience:o First experience in controlling,o Or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in industrial environmentSkills and competencies:o Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systemso Solid accounting knowledgeo Strong teamworko Good communication skillso Fluency in English requiredo Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of ManagementWhat we can do for youAt Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.We are the seventh-largest global automotive supplier, employing more than 157,000 people in more than 40 countries which makes a lot of opportunity for career development.We welcome energetic and agile people who can thrive in a fast-changing environment.
