You are accountable for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving aggressive growth across memberships and medical services. This role leads from the front setting the standard for sales by ensuring every client interaction uncovers needs, builds trust, and converts to long-term value. You will build and lead a high-performing team, coach consistent sales execution, and hold accountability to daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
