Program ManagerLocation: Princeton, NJ (Onsite 5 days)Duration: Full timeAs a Program Manager with 15 years of experience would highlight leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of program management principles Strong project management, team management for timely and quality delivery. Setup processes for creation of business documents to communicate with board members, donors and external stakeholders. Determine key performance indicators for the projects/initiatives. Facilitate communication between CEO/External Stakeholders and CxOs/Projects Teams/Functions. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Strong understanding of program management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
