Provide leadership, and guidance to new Security Officers. Security Officers shall wear an appropriate seasonal uniform, perform the following tasks, and have the following qualifications:PAY TRANSPARENCY$53.20 per hourResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and guidance to other security officers.Have a deep understanding of position responsibilities and execute them to a high standard while being an example of quality performance to other officers.Security Officers shall wear an appropriate seasonal uniform, perform the following tasks, and have the following qualifications:Perform highly visible, alert and vigilant mobile patrol and/or static security functionsObserve for suspicious or criminal behavior on or around the Properties and deter criminal targeting of Client’ assets through visible presence and field contactsPrevent, intercept, and remove unauthorized persons observed attempting to gain, gaining, or who have gained unauthorized access to any Properties, in accordance with applicable security officer authorities granted to them by local, state, and federal law, utilizing sound tactical and lawful decision making, to include proper use of a force continuum and adherence to the Use of Force DirectiveProtect all persons from physical assault, harassment, and/or intimidation at designated Properties, in accordance with applicable security officer authorities granted to them by local, state, and federal law, utilizing sound tactical and lawful decision making, to include proper use of a force continuum and adherence to the Use of Force DirectiveAssist with medical or other emergency conditionsReport security concerns, incidents, suspicious activity, and crimes immediately to Clients’ representatives and/ or emergency services personnel such as police and fire departmentsMeet and deal tactfully and politely with the public and visitors, and effectively and efficiently screen and process visitors as requiredRespond to Client personnel in a timely, effective and professional mannerRespond to the scene of crimes and emergencies to assist in crime scene management and investigation; collecting details of the incident, including photos, evidentiary, and suspect information; containing and securing crime scenes; and protecting sensitive evidentiary informationEnforce Clients’ access and property control policies at all gates and lobbiesCommunicate and remain accessible via two-way radio and/or SECURITY COMPANY-issued cellular phone or other devicesComplete all reports and paperwork as requiredProvide first aid, CPR, and assist during emergencies as necessaryMaintain mandated training requirements in accordance with company guidance and state and federal lawMaintain Weapons QualificationsEnsure safety requirements compliance and safe work practicesRegular, in-person attendance is requiredMust be able to wear protective body armor as a part of the duty uniformMaintain mandated training requirements in accordance with company guidance and state and federal lawEnsure safety requirements compliance and safe work practicesRegular, in-person attendance is requiredWork is typically in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions with long periods of sitting, standing or walking.
