We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working directly with clients and thrives in a collaborative environment.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent speaking and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced accounting firm setting.ResponsibilitiesPrepare client financial statements accurately and timely Prepare corporate and individual tax returns (federal, state, and local) Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks accounts for multiple clients Communicate directly with clients through phone calls, video meetings, and email Assist with bookkeeping, payroll, and other accounting services Support Firm Management with tax and accounting projects Maintain organized and accurate client records and documentation QualificationsBachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or Business Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Strong verbal speaking and written communication skills Professional and confident client communication skills required Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Prior accounting or tax experience preferred CPA track or CPA eligibility is a plus
