In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our HR systems running efficiently while supporting employees and leaders across the organization.By maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and performance of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and working closely with the HRIS Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and provide meaningful reporting that supports our growing organization.If you’re detail-oriented, analytically minded, and enjoy helping others navigate systems with confidence, this is a great opportunity to make an impact behind the scenes while supporting a strong, people-first culture.What You’ll DoSupport day-to-day HRIS operations, including user support, troubleshooting, and system maintenanceEnsure data integrity by auditing and maintaining accurate employee recordsPartner with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to ensure smooth data flow and aligned processesGenerate standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business and compliance needsMaintain documentation, including process guides and training materialsSupport onboarding and offboarding data processes within HRISAssist with audits, compliance checks, and annual HR processes (Open Enrollment, performance cycles, year-end activities)What You Will BringAssociate’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field1+ year of experience working within an HRIS platform (UKG preferred)Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentialityExperience supporting HR and/or payroll processes in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasetsExcellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical usersExperience with HRIS implementations, system optimization, or multi-location organizations highly preferredAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.Who You ArePeople who do well on our team are service-minded and have a helpful, humble, and hungry nature.
