Transportation Supervisor

Royal Oaks in Duarte, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2025 by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Full Time Transportation Supervisor to join its Transportation Services team. The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a group of Drivers including maintaining the drivers' schedules to support the communities' transportation needs and ensuring to deliver excellence in hospitality and customer service. Also responsible for routine maintenance, upkeep and documentation of the Communities' vehicles and busses. May be required to perform driver functions, transports residents in cars, trams and/or vans to appointments, local shopping, and/or activities; provides assistance to the residents; and maintains and may clean the vehicle(s).Status: Full TimeShift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.Compensation: $28 - $34 per hour (DOE)To be successful in the role, you would have:Will have at least one to two years' experience supervising transportation operations.Will have at least one to three years' of driving experience with a clean DMV record.Must posses a valid Class B License.Must have the ability to safely operate various vehicles including autos, buses, and vans.Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.What's in it for you?As the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in California and one of the largest in the country, we are more than just a place to work.
