Job Description: A dedicated and detail-oriented ERT Consumer Relations Specialist is needed to join the Executive Response Team (ERT). The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be comfortable with data entry and report generation. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. The position reports directly to the ERT Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Assist ERT Specialists by providing requested information. Perform data entry, documentation, and research. Follow up on incomplete case details and track missing information. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Ability to multi-task, organize, and adapt to changing procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Call center simulation testing required. Willingness to work overtime and/or Saturday shifts as needed. Preferred but not required: - Bilingual in English/Spanish. Experience in customer service within insurance, mortgage, or banking services.
