Position SummaryPOSITION SUMMARYThe Earthmoving Central Field Service Manager has responsibility for the success of the Earthmoving Field Service Department as measured by customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, safety, growth, profitability, and the overall success of the Earthmoving Division. This position is responsible for delivering a customer-focused field service experience by maintaining consistency and efficiency. It will oversee field service operations, streamline dispatch processes, manage service personnel, and enhance utilization rates within the Earthmoving Division. The role also involves collaborating effectively with all Earthmoving Departments to ensure the success of both our customers and the division.Qualifications RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the field service department efforts for the Earthmoving Division. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Education And/Or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 5 years of industry and management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust have a valid driver license and a clean DMV report.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
