You will also assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.Education/Qualifications:Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.Must have prior experience in scratch-made cooking.Shift and Wage:Part-Time Opportunity AvailableShift: 6:00a - 2:00p and 12:00p - 8:00pWage: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour*Program details can vary amongst buildings.
