Account Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics

Fulfillment Plus, Inc. is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, and print solutions company serving e-commerce brands, retailers, subscription box companies, and national businesses across the United States. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in North Kansas City.Position Summary·       The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and plays a critical role in coordinating communication between customers, warehouse operations, fulfillment teams, and management.·       This role is ideal for a recent college graduate interested in supply chain, logistics, operations, e-commerce, customer success, or business management. This position is located in North Kansas City, MO. Key Responsibilities·       Manage day-to-day communication with assigned customer accounts·       Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment·       Monitor inventory levels, order flow, shipping activity, and customer requests·       Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, projects, and logistics operations·       Assist with onboarding new customers and implementing operational processes·       Help troubleshoot fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and operational issues·       Maintain accurate customer records and reporting·       Work within warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping software, EDI systems, and e-commerce platforms·       Participate in process improvement and operational growth initiatives·       Support management with special projects and customer reportingQualifications·       Bachelor’s degree preferred·       Recent graduates encouraged to apply·       Strong communication and organizational skills·       Professional attitude and willingness to learn·       Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail·       Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment·       Comfortable using technology, spreadsheets, and business software·       Positive, team-oriented mindsetPreferred Areas of Study·       Supply Chain Management·       Business Administration·       Operations Management·       Marketing·       Communications·       Logistics or related business disciplinesWhat You Will Gain·       Hands-on exposure to real-world supply chain and logistics operations·       Experience working with national brands and growing e-commerce companies·       Direct mentorship from company leadership·       Exposure to modern fulfillment technology and operational systems·       Career development opportunities in operations, logistics, client management, and business development·       Opportunity to grow within an established and expanding company
