Bookkeeper/Office Manager Our client, located in the Asheville, NC area, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager with at least three years in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, salaried position that reports directly to the company President.Responsibilities Ensure accuracy of all financial statementsMaintain general ledgerEnter payables and receivablesMonitor banking transactionsOversee payroll and produce all payroll reportingComplete and file all tax reporting for the companyComplete and file workers compEnsure accuracy of all ERP transactions that impact financialsTrack and ensure accuracy of fixed assetsBusiness Protection Produce cash & expense forecasting as neededMonitor and maintain internal controlsReconcile customer POs to billingsContemporaneously document all meaningful transactionsMatch insurance coverage to business needRequirements 5 years' accounting experienceProven knowledge of General Accounting PrinciplesDeep knowledge of Quickbooks Software.Advanced Excel skillsSolid knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to work independentlyAbility to meet competing deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
