Rotating weekend and on-call responsibilities.Position SummaryThe CSL Team Leader position will provide quality service throughout the CSL program. The Team Leader will support the daily functions of the program by providing hands-on support to clients and mentoring Direct Support Staff Members.Responsibilities And DutiesProvides daily direction to Direct Support StaffFollows written plan of care for each member in the programProvides hands-on direct support to members of the CSL programCollaborates and communicates with CSL Manager, Case Managers, and natural supports to compliment member’s plan of careMonitors workloads of the group and re-assigns tasks appropriatelyCompletes necessary documentation for each member servedResponsible for staff training in conjunction with the CSL ManagerBuilds and maintains relationships with members served, funders, and community stakeholdersParticipates in On-Call rotation responsibilitiesApplies GT Independence values during all workplace practicesOther duties as assignedEDUCATIONHigh School Diploma Experience And Qualifications 2 years of experience relevant to the work performedKnowledge base in supervision, case management, and leadershipAbility to oversee and manage multiple tasksExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to consistently meet deadlinesTeam-work orientedStrong ability to maintain confidentialityWORK ENVIRONMENTWork is performed in an office environment as well as community-based settings, primarily in clients’ homes. May include light to moderate lifting, bending, and walking. Traveling is required.
