We are the fastest-growing teleradiology group in the U.S., and by the end of this year, we will have the fifth-largest practice in the country.About The RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and clinically savvy Workflow Operations Associate to own the integrity and execution of critical radiology workflows at Imagen. This role serves as the frontline expert for Addendum processing and complex workflow resolution, ensuring clinical data is accurate, complete, and managed within defined SLAs.The Workflow Operations Associate acts as a key bridge between clinical partners (radiologists, technologists, and providers) and internal operational teams, maintaining seamless day-to-day workflow execution while enabling scale. This role reports to the Workflow Operations Manager and plays a critical influence role across cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end Addendum lifecycle, including triage, routing, follow-up, and closure, while ensuring completion within clinical SLAsServe as the primary point of contact for workflow-related inquiries from providers and customers via phone and emailManage and resolve complex radiology workflow exceptions and active escalations with urgency, accuracy, and clear stakeholder communicationMaintain detailed, compliant documentation of workflow activities and customer interactions within Salesforce and other CRM systemsIdentify workflow inefficiencies and recurring issues, partnering with leadership to recommend and implement process improvementsSupport workflow assessments, customer onboarding, and stabilization efforts through discovery, validation, and documentation activitiesAct as a subject matter expert on Addendum protocols and radiology workflow processes while maintaining and improving SOPs, best practices, and knowledge base documentationRequired QualificationsAssociate’s degree with 1+ year of radiology support experience, or HS/GED with 3+ years of experience in healthcare, radiology, or clinical operationsAbility to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, accountability, and independent problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work professionally and effectively with physicians, clinical staff, customers, and cross-functional teamsExperience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with clinical systems such as PACS, RIS, or EMR platformsContinuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify workflow inefficiencies, support onboarding and operational initiatives, and contribute to process enhancementsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with radiology workflows such as Addendums, critical findings, or report lifecycle managementExposure to workflow optimization, process improvement, operational analytics, or radiology informatics conceptsImagen Technologies is a remote-first company and this job is conducted remotely. The hourly rate for the position is between $25 - $32, plus benefits.
