Reporting to the Controller, you'll be responsible for delivering timely, accurate financial reporting while building the systems, controls, and processes needed to scale with our growth. We operate at the intersection of innovation, scale, and disciplined financial execution — and this role sits at the center of it all.What You'll DoOwn the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timelinessPerform account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reviews in close partnership with business stakeholdersPrepare payments and payment reconciliations, and stay organized around contract management and deliverablesSupport financial reporting, external audits, and internal controlsMaintain general ledger integrity and drive process improvements and system enhancements across ERP and automation toolingCollaborate on strategic projects spanning new monetization models, international expansion, product launches, and M&A supportWhat We're Looking ForActive CPA license (required)2–6 years of progressive accounting experience at technology or high-growth internet companies; high transaction volume experience is a strong plusExperience spanning both early-stage startups and public companiesStrong breadth of GAAP expertise and the ability to communicate accounting concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders2+ years of Big 4 experience strongly preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceComfort with and curiosity about modern finance systems — crypto, Ramp, Brex, ERP, and automation toolingExcel fluency; SQL skills are a plus (we're happy to teach)The ideal candidate is meticulous, thrives in fast-moving and ambiguous environments, communicates with clarity, and brings a proactive, process-oriented mindset to everything they do.BenefitsCompetitive salary & equityUnlimited PTO Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage401k matchHardware setup — new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
