The organization is committed to creating a positive impact in the community by offering young women the tools to succeed.Role DescriptionThe Summer Intern will assist with daily operations, organizing dance classes, coordinating events, and supporting administrative tasks. Responsibilities include engaging with participants, assisting instructors during sessions, and contributing to program development. The intern will also support community outreach and marketing efforts to promote the organization’s mission. This is a temporary, on-site role located in New York, NY.QualificationsSpanish fluency is a mustStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with participants, instructors, and community members.Organizational and time management skills to assist with planning and executing events and projects.Experience or interest in dance, arts, youth development, or education is a plus.Proficiency in basic administrative tasks Passion for youth development and commitment to providing a positive and supportive environment.Previous experience working with youth or in community-based organizations is beneficial but not required.
