We are committed to creating a supportive environment for staff and clients alike. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Cycle Manager based in Defiance, OH. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring the accurate management of billing, coding, and revenue collection. Duties include monitoring practice management operations, addressing claim denials, ensuring compliance with medical coding standards, and managing payer relationships for optimum reimbursement. Collaboration with relevant teams to optimize workflows and streamline processes is also a key responsibility. Qualifications Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management, including claims processing and collections activitiesExperience in Practice Management and operational workflowsKnowledge of managing Denials and implementing solutions to improve reimbursementsStrong understanding of Medical Coding standards and practicesFamiliarity with Managed Care systems and payer contract managementExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team collaboration abilitiesBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferredExperience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus
