Role Overview:
As a Fractional CFO at Primetrics, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team, working closely with ownership to build and scale the organization. You’ll provide financial strategy and insight while mentoring a talented team of staff. We’re looking for a confident communicator, who can connect with clients, lead internal teams, and foster a collaborative, growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality financial advice.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing coaching, development, and timely performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with ownership to build scalable processes and financial controls that support growth.
- Implement cloud-based systems and solutions to streamline accounting and finance operations.
- Present financial results and strategy directly to clients, maintaining a strong relationship and ensuring compliance with their needs.
- Support strategic decision-making by preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage multiple client priorities while ensuring the delivery of top-tier service.

- Work in a remote environment with local travel to clients - Portland, OR Metro Region
- Experience with cloud-based accounting tools like QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and others.

Qualifications
- Must have a strong background in fiscal management, financial report writing, and profit & loss analysis
- Experience in accounting, negotiation, and business development is essential
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting, treasury management, and US GAAP is required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, leadership skills, and mentoring experience are required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
