Cybersecurity Segment head (BFSI)

Job DescriptionResponsible for Overall Cyber Security Revenue growth, Upsell and Cross sell, revenue target achievement, Customer stakeholder management, Sourcing, programs delivery management and governance including QBR and Resource management. The candidate will need to possess Cyber Security technical knowledge with expertise in two or more domains like IAM, Network Security, Cloud Security, Data Security and good knowledge of rest including GRC, MDR etc. Experience in Cyber Security Delivery, Operations, Consulting and revenue management is expected.Good understanding of Revenue managementAbility to forecast and track revenue targetsOverall owner and accountable for CSP program service delivery across multiple accountsIdentify and secure new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong customer relationshipsWork with Sales and solutions team, develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales and revenue targetsWork with Sales and PreSales team on RFI/RFPs to ensure complete understanding of scope of work, alignment with SoW for DeliveryWork in Tandem with Offshore Delivery Partner to ensure successful program and service deliveryBuild customer relationship and setup regular connect to ensure governance and business development with external and Internal customersEnsure Delivery Excellence and meeting of CSS TargetsEnsure Program delivery plan development, resource loading plan, onboarding planAbility to work on Presentations and ExcelAbility to prepare quality reportsAbility to ramp-up teams from internal, external and trainee poolEnsure understanding of Customer requirements, position/job description, Activities to be undertakenEnsure preparation of associates according to job requirementsFacilitate a culture of learning and trustFacilitates trainings and learning opportunitiesProvide guidance and be a mentor to team membersIdentify and grooms Cyber Security leadersMonitor and evaluate team member performanceQualifications:13+ years of experienceGood knowledge of Banking, Financial Sector, and Insurance industryAbility to quickly learn new technologiesCertifications: CISSP / CCSP
