OEM Sales Representative - Midwest

Your role As an OEM Sales Representative at nano-purification solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing strong partnerships within the Midwestern region of the United States. You will manage a diverse portfolio of customers—OEMs, key accounts, catalog distributors, and non-traditional channels—to keep nano-purification a preferred supplier in the competitive industrial market. Your day-to-day activities will involve strategic prospecting and relationship development, engaging with engineering, procurement, and operations teams of client organizations to fully understand their needs and align our product offerings. Working closely with Air & Gas Solutions sales and engineering teams, you will tailor solutions for specific customer requirements and support complex projects from inception to completion. Identify and qualify new business opportunities proactively, leveraging market insights and customer feedback. Develop comprehensive proposals including pricing, credit terms, and contractual arrangements. Maintain diligent follow-up practices after engagements to ensure satisfaction and capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic networking. Ensure CRM data is meticulously maintained and updated daily to support effective pipeline management and forecasting. Lead Private Label initiatives by coordinating product adaptations, documentation, and packaging specifications to meet OEM partner needs. Essential qualifications include: A minimum of three years of proven success in industrial sales, ideally within compressed air or related technical industries. A bachelor's degree or equivalent training in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a closely related technical field. Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership qualities in managing complex sales cycles. Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills to drive customer engagement and sales growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for building lasting professional relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel. Flexibility to travel up to 30% locally and 50% overnight, with a valid driver's license.
