We are hiring an ArcGIS Administrator who will assist the Building Information Modeling (BIM) team in planning, developing, and maintaining geographic elements to support the customer. Must be skilled and detail-oriented to support multiple spatial data management, analysis, and visualization efforts. The ideal candidate will use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to compile, process, and interpret geospatial data in support of planning, decision-making, and operational needs.Candidates must have an active Secret or "L" security clearance to qualify.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, organize, and maintain geospatial datasets from internal and external sourcesConduct spatial analyses and generate maps, reports, and dashboards utilizing ArcGIS related toolsDevelop and maintain GIS databases, metadata, and documentationAssist with the administration of ArcGIS Indoor servers and softwareAssist with the management of a BIM information website and interface for end-users to submit, review, and retrieve facility dataDevelop streamlined BIM data acquisition and management processesSupport project teams by integrating spatial data into workflows for land use, infrastructure, environmental, or transportation projectsCreate and manage web maps and apps using platforms like ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS EnterpriseAutomate GIS processes using scripting tools (e.g., Python, ModelBuilder) when applicableCollaborate with stakeholders to understand spatial data needs and provide solutions that enhance project outcomesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Urban Planning or a related field2+ years of professional experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, and ArcGIS Enterprise)Strong understanding of spatial analysis, cartography, and geodatabase designFamiliarity with GPS data collection, remote sensing, and data conversion techniquesActive Secret or "L" security clearancePreferred QualificationsExperience with Python (arcpy), SQL, or similar scripting languagesFamiliarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM)Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesKnowledge of spatial data standards, projections, and metadata best practicesBenefitsHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceShort term and long term disability insurance401(k) with generous company matchHealth Savings Accounts (HSA)Personal leave plus paid federal holidaysProfessional development and training assistanceIMG is an equal opportunity employer including disability and protected veterans or other characteristics protected by law.J-18808-Ljbffr
