Job Description Role Title: Architect CAD & Construction DocumentationRole Type: ContractLocation: RemoteScope of Work:Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirementsDevelop comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposesPrepare accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts for manufacturing documentationProduce and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics to industry standardsDesign and review PCB layouts, integrating best practices for manufacturability and functionalityCollaborate through exchanges to clarify requirements and resolve technical questionsDeliver thorough documentation packages consistent with project milestones and quality expectationsPreferred Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentationProficiency with industry-standard tools for 2D/3D CAD and PCB layout designProven ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagramsExperience developing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projectsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multi-document setsAdvanced communication skills in EnglishBackground in collaborating on remote, cross-functional projects is a plus
