Sales Associate

Cellnow is looking for a motivated, hands-on team member to help run daily operations at our Clovis store. This role is focused on selling phones and buying devices through trade-ins and buybacks, and it's a great fit for someone who wants to grow — strong performers will have the opportunity to advance into a store manager position. What you'll do: Assist customers with phone sales, trade-ins, and buybacks, and follow up to build lasting relationships Evaluate devices customers bring in to sell or trade Post available phones and services online daily Help grow store sales and profitability Share ideas to improve the store and take initiative Handle occasional basic phone repairs (training provided — no experience needed) Keep the store clean and organized; receive, pack, and lift packages Learn our store systems and processes What we're looking for: Excellent customer service and communication skills Leadership potential and a strong work ethic Reliability, commitment, and a willingness to learn About Cellnow: Cellnow opened in 2018 and proudly serves the Fresno and Bakersfield communities.
