POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experiened Inventory Receiving Lead who is a proven team player with a can-do attitude. This is a physically active role, where you will be responsible for receiving inventory, maintaining the saftey and organization of our warehouse, and supporting other functions within the operations department (picking, processing, curbside and in-store pickup. You will be a key player in managing the location's inventory and a top contributor in the quarterly physical inventory process. BENEFITS Medical/Dental/Vision insurance - K&L pays 100% of individual premium Company sponsored 401k plan, with matching 3 weeks of paid time off per year – time off accrual increases at 5 years of service 8 paid holidays Generous product discount PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Check-in and stow product deliveries and transfers Receive inventory and complete daily price changes Communicate with K&L's buy team and 3rd party suppliers Research and reconcile inventory discrepencies Contribute towards warehouse maintenance (sweeping, cardboard breakdown, etc.) Participate in the quarterly physical inventory process Consolidate, organize, and maintain paid customer orders in the Will-Call area Fulfill web orders and transfers from in-stock inventory Process credit cards for completed orders Maintain, update, and follow up on problem orders (missing items, credit card declines, etc.) Support customers with in-store and curbside pickup orders Work in conjunction with retail operations manager to ensure a safe and organized facility REQUIREMENTS Positive attitude and willingness to learn Detail oriented and organized Must be able to work weekends Must have a clean driving record Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
