Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Denver, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,021 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position Job Title: MLS Lab Manager Profession: Medical Tech Specialty: Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday Experience: Minimum of 4 years License: Not required Certifications: Preferred MLT or MT certification via ASCP or AMT Must-Have: Previous lab manager experience, QC review, interviewing and onboarding, clinical lab oversight, scheduling and productivity review, validation procedures, CAP regulatory readiness Description: The position involves managing all laboratory operations. The candidate will oversee quality control processes. The role includes interviewing and onboarding new staff. Clinical lab oversight is part of the responsibilities. Scheduling and productivity reviews will be conducted regularly. Validation procedures must be adhered to. Familiarity with CAP regulatory standards is required. The candidate should have experience in all lab areas, including anatomical pathology. This position does not require performing phlebotomy. The successful candidate should be proficient with various Laboratory Information Systems. Experience with specific equipment such as Abbott Alinity, Immucor ECHO, Sysmex XN3100, and Sysmex CA5100 is desired.
