Role Description We are seeking a Part-time Facilities Technician for an on-site position located in Hillsborough, NJ. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of all building systems, ensuring the facility’s safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to support a welcoming environment for staff and members. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and pleasant community space for all. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and TroubleshootingExperience in Facility Management (FM) and Building MaintenanceKnowledge of Maintenance & Repair tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyHigh School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certifications in a related field preferredBasic knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standardsAbility to lift and carry heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasksAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
