Traffic Control Laborer

The Traffic Control Flagger is responsible for maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow within and around work zones. This role involves directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, setting up and maintaining traffic control devices, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour - Full-TimeSchedule: Significant overtime opportunities available, particularly during the peak season from March through October.Key Responsibilities: Safely direct traffic using signs, flags, and hand signalsSet up and remove cones, barricades, and traffic control signageFollow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all timesCommunicate effectively with crew members, drivers, and pedestriansMonitor work zones for potential hazards and report any incidentsQualifications & Skills: Strong communication and attention to detailAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsCapable of standing for extended periodsSafety-focused with a commitment to following proceduresRequirementsMust be 21 years of age or older Must possess a valid, clean driver's license Able to work outdoors with the AZ heat Traveling is require up to 80% with in AZ / Including weekends Clean driver's license (3-5 years, no violations)Must successfully complete a flagging course.
