Coating Data CoordinatorData Coordinator will support the Coating Department by collecting, organizing, entering, and maintaining production and operational data. This position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and proper documentation to help support departmental performance tracking and decision-making. The role will work directly with the Coating Department leadership.Key Responsibilities:Collect and compile production, quality, downtime, and operational data for the Coating DepartmentEnter data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking systems accurately and in a timely mannerReview source documents for completeness and accuracyMaintain organized electronic and/or paper records of department dataGenerate routine reports for department leadershipAssist with tracking trends, metrics, and performance indicatorsCommunicate with team members and supervisors to clarify missing or inconsistent dataSupport special projects and data-related tasks as assignedMaintain confidentiality of department and company informationQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.Previous experience with data entry, administrative support, reporting, or manufacturing documentation preferred (1-3+ years).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications required.Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data is preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsPhysical / Work Environment Requirements:Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to work in an office and/or manufacturing environment as neededWill require walking to and from the production floor to gather informationAbility to sit for extended periods while entering and reviewing dataPreferred Skills:Experience working with production data, compiling and analyzing production dataFamiliarity with ERP, MES, or internal production tracking systemsAbility to identify discrepancies and follow up for correctionEEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
