Cashier/Customer Service Associate – Mystic Fish Camp

At Mystic Fish Camp, we blend New England’s coastal traditions with the playful spirit of a summer camp, serving up sustainable, wild-caught seafood in a fast-casual setting. Led by James Beard Award-winning chef David Standridge, we believe in serving not just delicious food but also memorable experiences.
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our crew welcoming guests with warmth, helping them navigate our fresh and seasonal menu, and ensuring every visit feels like a mini coastal escape.
What You’ll Do:
Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude!
Operate the register efficiently and accurately for both cash and card transactions
Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
Handle returns, exchanges, and special requests with grace and professionalism
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and camp-ready
Suggest add-ons or specials when appropriate, supporting team sales goals
Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow

What You Bring:
