Spa Supervisor The Four Seasons Resort Lana'i is looking for a Spa Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You'll Do The Spa Supervisor oversees daily spa operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience. This role supports and guides team members, manages scheduling and bookings, and maintains cleanliness and functionality across all spa areas while upholding service standards and fostering a positive, professional team environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and supervise spa team members (receptionists, attendants, therapists), ensuring high service standards, providing coaching, supporting recruitment and training, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining compliance with brand and safety standards Deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations, introducing services and amenities, handling VIP interactions, resolving concerns promptly, and promoting retail and upselling opportunities tailored to guest needs Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling optimization, cleanliness and functionality of all guest areas, inventory management, and collaboration with leadership to improve service efficiency and productivity Manage retail operations by maintaining displays, monitoring stock levels, supporting ordering, conducting inventory, and training staff on product knowledge and sales techniques Ensure accurate POS transactions, reporting, and KPI tracking, while maintaining organized workspaces, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating maintenance needs to uphold a clean, serene spa environment What to Bring Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
