Hiring For Java Backend Engineer Hybrid - Bentonville, AR W2 OR 1099 Exp:8+Job Description :This is a Hybrid position.Resource should be in the office 2 days per week.Dallas is the preferred location. (Sunnyvale is acceptable) (Remote and Bentonville are NOT acceptable)Develop innovation strategies, processes, and best practices.Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.Supports and ensures business objectives are being met.Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high-level design.Leads the work of another small group of 3 to 4 engineers for assigned Engineering projectsLeads and participates in end to end service implementations, data feeds ingestion, and orchestration.Designs and implements low latency services.Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.Troubleshoots business and production issues.Skills Needed/Required:Java Springboot, Data structures, Azure cloud, SQL/CosmosStrong inclination towards exploring and learning new technologiesMinimum 4+ Years of experience in the relevant areaExperience in large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architecturesExperience and fluency with relational / non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra, etc.)Advanced knowledge of performance, scalability, and system architecture to avoid and reduce technical debt.Interested candidates, Can send their #resume to mahesh.b@kaavinc.comB.
