HRIS Business Analyst with experience with SuccessFactors HR and ADP Onsite 4 Days/Week Contract (3 months) with Contract to Hire Potential Location: Greater Atlanta area (Smyrna/The Battery) (onsite 4 days/week) About the Opportunity We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience working with SuccessFactors HR to serve as the key liaison between HR business stakeholders and IT/HRIS teams This role is ideal for someone who knows SuccessFactors at a hands on level ideally with experience supporting implementations and who also understands ADP integrations You will work with IT and HR to ensure HR processes, data flows, and system functionality operate seamlessly across SuccessFactors, ADP, and other connected HR technologies. What You'll Do HR IT Liaison Act as the primary connector between HR, IT/HRIS, payroll, and business users Translate HR needs into system requirements, functional designs, and configuration guidance Facilitate cross functional working sessions, solution reviews, and decision making Data Quality & Governance Monitor and improve data integrity across HR master data, jobs/positions, compensation, and payroll elements Support audits, cleanup efforts, and proactive data validation routines Change Management & Enablement Communicate system updates, process changes, and new functionality to HR stakeholders Develop user guides, process documentation, and quick reference materials Continuous Improvement Recommend enhancements to optimize HR processes and system workflows Assist in roadmap discussions, release planning, and prioritization of improvements What You Bring 5+ years in HRIS / HR Technology roles as a Business Analyst or Project Manager 3+ years hands on with SuccessFactors (preferred) Working knowledge of ADP and SuccessFactors integrations (preferred) Familiarity with HR data flows, payroll impacting fields, and HR operations Ability to work cross functionally and influence without authority Strong communication skills with comfort interfacing with HR leadership Must be able to work onsite 4 days per week Contract Details Initial term: 3 months Potential: Contract to hire Schedule: 4 days/week onsite + 1 day remote
