Project Manager – Workforce Management ImplementationRegion Focus: 3 Openings (EESSA / MENA / LATAM)Engagement Type: W2 Contract through end of 2028 with possible extensionLocation: US-based; remote, flexed to regional business hoursOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead deployment of a global Workforce Management (Time and Attendance) implementation across assigned countries. This role owns the project plan at the country level, coordinates with system integrator and vendor implementation teams, and drives readiness, testing, training, and go-live activities in partnership with regional and global stakeholders. The program is deploying in waves across dozens of countries through 2028.ResponsibilitiesManage deployment activities for assigned countries within regionOwn the country-level project plan and coordinate with system integrator and vendor implementation plansCoordinate with country stakeholders and business resources; build and maintain stakeholder contact listsManage country-level risks, issues, and decisions; escalate and drive resolutionTrack progress against milestones and timelines across project plan toolsLead country status meetingsEnsure completion of business requirements, testing, training, and readiness activitiesManage deployment cutover and hypercare activitiesEnsure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirementsProactively raise risks, ask questions, and recommend process improvementsRequirements8+ years of project management experience leading enterprise software implementations5+ years of workforce management, time and attendance implementation experienceWorkforce Software (WFS/WFM) or UKG Dimensions implementation experience strongly preferred; UKG Kronos or ADP Time & Labor background consideredProven experience leading global or multi-country Workforce Software implementationsExperience managing large-scale projects involving 5,000+ employees preferredAbility to work regional business hours, including outside home time zone as neededAvailability for limited travelFor LATAM: Spanish fluency required; Portuguese a plusLogisticsStart: Early November 2026Contract through end of 2028, possible extension
