Our client, a leader in wireless communications solutions, is growing its In-Building Wireless Solutions team with a seasoned Account Executive. This is a hybrid position with qualified candidates residing within (IL, MI, OH, IN). As our Sales Executive, you will have demonstrated success in selling DAS Solutions to Enterprise Verticals.QualificationsThis position requires a successful background in direct to enterprise sales of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) or Private LTE/5G Cellular NetworksExperience in wireless sales through major distributors like Anixter/WESCO, Accu-Tech, or Graybar will a benefit in addition to direct to enterprise sales. Additionally, 3PO experience is an added plus.Proven individual Sales Successes: Demonstrated experience in successfully closing large-scale deals, with a focus on transactions valued in the millions of dollarsMust provide evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsEnterprise Sales Experience: Extensive experience in enterprise sales, with the ability to manage long sales cycles and negotiate complex deals with Senior Leadership decision-makersIndustry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the in-building wireless market, including key competitors, technological trends, and key business driversCustomer Relationship Management: Proficient in managing multiple client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat businessTeam Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with various teams, including product management, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that client needs are met and that company standards are upheldThe physical environment requires the employee to work insideWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed30% - 70% travel within the territory required
