Lead Job Summary$25 per hour6 am - 3 pm or can changeThe Meat Room Lead acts as a team captain responsible for being actively present on the production floor working alongside the production team, assigning resources as needed, serving as a resource to employees regarding the production process and equipment, and in conjunction with management, helping ensure all production processes follow safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
