Seeking a BC NP/PA for a 3-month outpatient Family Medicine assignment in California. The provider will see all ages, managing routine checkups, chronic conditions, and preventive care, with experience in FM settings and at least one year of locums work required. The role involves seeing up to 33 patients during a 10-hour shift or 30 during an 8-hour shift, with no call responsibilities. Support staff and MAs are available, and the EMR system used is Epic. Certifications include active CA license, BLS, and DEA. The schedule is 4x10s with Mondays off, including a one-week orientation. Credentialing takes 2-3 weeks post-acceptance. Housing and travel are included, with a bid pay structure. Must be comfortable managing patients from newborns to geriatrics; experience with underserved populations and bilingual skills are a plus. A 1-hour daily charting time is allocated.
