Full Time Barista - El Camino Baking Company

El Camino Baking Company is a small, artisan café and bakery dedicated to high-quality coffee, fresh pastries, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated full-time Barista to join our team. Schedule requirements are 6:30am-3:00pm Wednesday through Friday and 7:30am-3:00pm Saturday and Sunday- off Mondays and Tuesdays. Hourly base wage is $15.00/hour plus tips. Full-time employees also qualify for benefits including majority employer-paid health insurance, holiday pay, and paid time off. Primary Responsibilities: Prepare espresso and coffee beverages with consistency and attention to quality Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter Assist with retail pastry and food service, including preparation, presentation, and packaging Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support daily café operations as needed Participate in menu development, including seasonal drink ideas and café offerings Qualifications Previous barista or café experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Interest in coffee, food, and contributing creative ideas to the menu
