OASAS Clinical Director

Vertex LLC is a leading behavioral health organization in New York City, providing comprehensive outpatient services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As an OASAS-licensed provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment through a compassionate and client-centered approach. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced OASAS Clinical Director to lead our clinical programs and ensure the highest standards of care across all service lines. The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in shaping program development, overseeing clinical supervision, managing compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a collaborative team environment focused on recovery and wellness.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic clinical leadership and oversight for all OASAS-funded programs within Vertex LLCEnsure compliance with OASAS and other regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirementsSupervise and support clinical supervisors and program staff to promote best practices and professional developmentOversee program evaluation, quality assurance, and continuous quality improvement initiativesCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community partnershipsLead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and treatment protocols aligned with current evidence-based practicesManage clinical crises and provide guidance for complex cases as neededRequirementsCurrent OASAS Clinical Supervisor or OASAS Clinical Director CertificationMinimum of 5 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in substance use disorder treatment settingsIn-depth knowledge of OASAS and accreditation standardsStrong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teamsExperience with quality assurance, program development, and regulatory complianceCommitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and client-centered service delivery
