Join us to shape the next frontier of AI-driven robotics!Position Overview:We're looking for a hands-on inventory contractor to help us build and organize our hardware inventory system from 0 → 1 using Sortly.This role is ideal for someone who has direct experience setting up Sortly environments, creating structured inventory systems, and physically organizing parts, bins, and storage spaces.Key Responsibilities:Build and structure our inventory system within SortlyCreate item categories, tagging systems, and logical folder structuresGenerate and implement barcode / QR labeling systemSet up physical bin and storage organization to match digital structureLabel parts, boxes, shelves, and equipment for trackingConduct initial inventory count and reconciliationImplement check-in / check-out tracking workflowsDocument processes for ongoing inventory management Qualifications:Direct experience using Sortly (required)Experience building an inventory system from scratch (0 → 1)Familiarity with barcode / QR code generation and labeling workflowsComfortable organizing hardware components, parts, and equipment physicallyDetail-oriented and process-drivenComfortable working hands-on in warehouse / workshop environmentAbility to propose structure and improve workflows (not just follow instructions) Preferred Qualifications:Experience in warehouse environmentsExperience implementing inventory best practicesFamiliarity with cycle counts and parts forecasting Additional Requirements:Location: Redwood City, CA (100% On-Site)Hourly Contract25-40 hours per week (flexible based on project load)4-6 weeks (Setup Phase)Potential for extension based on project milestones and organizational needs
