Staff Accountant - Culver City, CA - In-House Role

AHP, Associated Health Professionals, Inc., JCAHO Certified, has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant for a 48 year old Healthcare Staffing Agency. Located in Culver City, Ca.. In- House Role, Not Remote.Responsibilities:-Perform all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.-Oversee the payroll and invoicing staff who produces a weekly payroll for medical employees and weekly & Monthly invoices to Hospital clients.-Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.-Supports accounting and works closely with OwnerRequirements:-Experience with Accounting in QuickBooks Pro-Knowledge of Microsoft Access and-Familiarity with Avionte, payroll and invoicing a plus.-In-office position in Culver City, CA.Benefits-Salary negotiable, paid benefitsEqual Opportunity Employer:AHP is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
