Production Assistant

We are hiring a Production Assistant to join a top entertainment company in Bristol, CT. This freelance role will run for 12 months with potential to extend and will be onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday. Pay Rate: $34.50/HR Responsibilities Assist producers and associate producers with pre‑production, on‑set, and post‑production tasks Research storylines, sports trends, and cultural insights to inform creative development Help source footage, music, talent, and production assets Coordinate logistics including shoot schedules, travel, and equipment Log footage, maintain organized project files, and assist with rights and clearances Support social and digital content distribution Manage day‑to‑day administrative needs for the production team Actively participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas Seek mentorship and skill development opportunities across the creative team Required Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in production, marketing, or a related field Demonstrated passion for sports and storytelling Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn Familiarity with production tools and workflows is a plus If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
